Amadeus is a world leader in technology solution distribution for the travel industry.

Amadeus wanted to improve its brand perception, to modernize its visual identity on all digital supports in order to gain consistency in its overall communication and services.

User centric and iterative

A « One Team » approach and some appropriate tools to reach our objectives and conceive the CRM portal in the course of a few weeks.

A Design Sprint was organized with worshops, user tests and close collaboration with key people.

Thanks to Backelite, we've made a first step towards the rationalization of our products' experiences. The new design factory now offers our project teams atomic components, editorial and UX/UI guidelines.

An Atomic Design conception…

Thanks to a components library, we avoid creating the same elements over and over, hence improving producitivity, and insuring consitency throughout the pages.

The design work has been initiated through two flagship tools and then spread out on all brand’s services.
