iDPASS, the mobility service reinvented for travellers

Making travels easier

Since 2015, iDPASS has been the SNCF intermodal mobility app wich gathers all passengers mobility services.

SNCF wants to highlight this offer and increase the number of downloads, from 70 000 to 100 000.

Creation of the brand identity

We’ve entirely rethought the graphic sphere so it can fit the « Great Traveller » target, and assert the iDPASS brand within the SNCF ecoystem.

A service-oriented path

The UX/UI teams worked jointly with the client on two main aspects:

- Optimization of the user experience to constantly guide them.

- Simplification of the key screens: easy access to services, tips and notifications allow the user to move from step to step flawlessly. The additional services also stand out to improve cross-selling.

The result:

An application recognized for its design

The app has been downloaded more than 100 000 times on the App Store and the Google Play Store. It was also presented at the Viva Technology exhibition in June 2017, presentation for which we've conceived the promotional video.
