International Coordination Project Manager

Main missions

Coordinate the Backelite International project: monitor and harmonize the different projects, actions and budgets, take requests into consideration, manage daily tasks with the representatives of each country, carry out reporting and set up alerting among all 7 countries.

Set up processes and tools to make exchanges between countries easier by facilitating or automatizing reporting.

Organize Backelite International events: schedule, logistics and animation management.

Take part in writing marketing delivrables: benchmark, competition analysis, use cases…

Help launching new countries: accompany countries for setting up marketing action plans.

 

Profile

  • You have a 3-5 year experience as project manager, ideally in agencies.
  • You truly speak English fluently and have already worked in an international environment. Your everyday work will be in English, both spoken (conference calls with representatives from each country, meetings) and written (daily communication, document and presentation writing).
  • You have good interpersonal and autonomy skills, in addition to a real ability to listen and synthesize. You can manage several projets at a time.
  •  You are naturally curious and open-minded, and you want to work with people from different cultures.
